Has Hermes been audited?

Hermes Contracts are not audited, but Hermes is a Solidly fork and Solidly has been audited. However to address Solidly's shortcomings, we have made some changes to the contract, votes are locked for 1 week and whitelisting tokens is done via a DAO.

What happens if one of the coin in a pool loses its peg?

Due to the liquidity pool mechanism, if one of the coin in a pool were to significantly lose its peg, the liquidity providers would hold almost all of their liquidity in that currency.
